“This was a fantastic property. Our host Laura was friendly, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. She greeted us in person upon our arrival, which was lovely as it gave us a chance to pepper her with questions about the neighbourhood. Her place is exactly as pictured and described, so there’s no need for extra photos. It is fully equipped and beautiful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. It was easy to get anywhere in the city, and the neighbourhood has numerous coffee shops,……

“This Notting Hill property was perfect in every way. We had a total of six adults staying there. There was plenty of room for all we needed. Wonderful to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Lovely deck /sitting area off of one bedroom. Absolutely quiet location away from the din of the city, but easy driving distance (Uber) to all London offers. “I rented this property for a five-night stay with my family over Easter weekend. First off, it is in a great neighborhood, away from noise and tourists. If you really want to feel that you are a resident of the city, it is a good spot. Located on a quiet street, you cannot hear any city noise. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants and is very close to Regents Park. There are several tube stations in the vicinity, all within a 10 minute walk (Baker Street, Bond Street, Regents……

“Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. ”

“We were in London for a week. Location is great, home is large so it was perfect for 8 adults and three children. it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check-in and check out were very easy and communication with the host was great, host was super responsive. ”

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
