Rooms are completely dark and depressing. Even lighting like internal lamps etc not enough to simply put make up on. Mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable Check shower gels as they dont refill... They actually dont refil anything sadly and if you ask for simple fork or shower gel to be delivered to room, get ready to wait at least 40 min... I have done a few mistakes as we simply didnt know, we opted to cleaning once in 3 days to simply be eco but poor communication from staff made the stay frustrating. Would i stay again? Probably not "

"Amazing views, impeccable hotel, felt very expensive but was affordable. Perfect location! Only thing I’d say is the there was no English teabags in the room, only fruit tea! Always need a cuppa in the morning!"
