Stayed for 2 nights before we left on our gorilla safari.
Was a good place with a nice pool. Great value for money with nice outlook over the golf course.
Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. Teddy the hotel dog is lovely.
Shower pressure excellent and plunger coffee in the room.
Only downside was no fan or AC in room. Air got a bit hot in the middle of the night.

Overall a good stay at the OMX. A few drawbacks; one the walls are thin and we can hear everything. It was difficult for us to fall asleep at night because there was always someone talking on the phone outside, and we could hear the alarm clock from the room next door in the morning. Also, you need to ask for the water heater to be turned on. If you don’t, there will be hardly any hot water.

"I would not recommend this stay to anyone. I booked a cottage. When I got there close to midnight, there was insects crawling around. They changed my room to only have plumbing issues where as soon as you turn on the sink the floor flooded with water accompanied with spiders, for them to have to ..."

An Incredible Experience
"Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze."
