"The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable but had a little "stale" odor but I became accustomed to it quickly. I felt safe in my room, and the neighbors were very quiet. Will stay here again, great bargain and convenient to I-26!"

"Left before breakfast "

"This hotel was FILTHY! Bed bugs in room 415, cleaning staff reused sheets from previous guests as both beds had hair in them. The toilet was nasty and stained/rusted. There were fingerprints on the TV. The key card reader didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk twice and the night employee finally came up and opened it. When I reported reported the problems, the behavior and attitude of the housekeeping manager and the morning front desk staff was shameful. Refused to provide name and contact for the GM, other than “Ms. Dixon” to get a proper resolution. This hotel is ghetto, with terrible staff and customer service. I’ve reported this to Hilton already. Please take your business elsewhere. I’ll let my credit card company handle it going forward."

"Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and a pleasant breakfast. What’s better than that?"

"Stayed here a few times before. Always been good but the property has gone downhill. Rooms are old and not well kept. Needs some tlc. Breakfast was ok but served at 6am which helps for early risers. Next to train tracks so can be noisy. Staff pleasant."

"Stayed due to an emergency and I would never recommend. The shower curtain was brown and filthy, the iron pad was holder was rusted out. There was half a roll of toilet paper only and the door did not lock well. Never again."
