"Great Place to Stay "

"Great hotel"

"The property is not well maintained, cleanliness was not good at all. Furniture in rooms we had were stained and looked dirty, carpet was dirty granddaughter was crawling on floor and pants were nasty when she was done. My daughter n laws bathroom was dirty when checked in and asked for someone to clean it and they never came so she had to do it. I would not suggest staying there. The only good thing is the staff was very friendly and nice. "

"The breakfast was okay....would've liked to have had a better variety. The lounge was closed, so you have to go off the property or order online. The bathroom is small, and drained really slow. Even the sink was slow to drain. Other than that, the stay was good. "

"Breakfast was ok but no variety of hot food. Was the same choices all week. Pool wasnt cleaned. Room was good for the price but is under remodel. Overall was good for the price of the room for the week. "

"Parking was easy - but parking lot was in terrible condition. Room was only borderline clean, beds were "gritty" in the sheets. Room was not fully stocked - ie not enough towels, only one bar of soap for two people, 40 watt light bulbs (so dark), no cups, etc. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal or biscuits and gummy gravy, only two types of juice (although dispenser had room for mote). Staff was mostly unfriendly and rude... Person who checked us in was Great! Following staff was terrible! Didn't want to get us washcloths, (even though we had none), when we called at 2 am to complain about upstairs guests throwing things into the parking lot and onto cars - said it was "not their problem". upon checking out staff could not produce a receipt folio (didn't know how). Overall this Quality Inn is one to be avoided - it is NOT Quality at all! Not even mediocre!! "
