"A great little hotel. My only advice is to avoid walking up the back stairs with luggage. You can drive around front and avoid ALL stairs."

"The hotel is nice in general. Negative points: 1) There are no elevators ,so if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor, good luck. \ 2) There were no staff to help with your luggage to the higher floors. We were lucky to be on the first floor. 3) Our room was clean but small and there were no closet spaces. 4) There was a fridge but nothing inside. Not even the basics of every hotel that you could use and pay later Positive points: 1) Clean rooms 2) Conveniently located 3) Renovated building"

"Beautiful view and clean room. The kitchenette was not usable...new one is ordered but we weren't aware ahead of time. Luckily we got a late reservation for dinner at ruby lake resort. Otherwise great"

"We loved our stay. The view was amazing, the kitchen was the best stocked & most organized I’ve ever experienced at a short term stay, the beds were comfy, and bathrooms were great.The ants in the kitchen were a tad annoying, but not too awful. The hill is quite steep, and driving in reverse up or down was scary for some of our drivers. Also, we had brought our kayaks hoping to kayak directly from the house, but that wasn’t possible due to us feeling unsafe carrying them down the extremely steep hill and over the huge driftwood. That was our only disappointment."

"The photos of this property are accurate and very nice. But when see this place in person, it's amazing. The hosts are kind and responsive and share local knowledge. They have thought of every comfort you may need.The cottage is tidy with beautiful decor. The bed was soft and cozy, a nice place to snuggle down and listen to the falling rain outside. The porch is a nice spot to sit and sip tea in the morning. The firepit was a nice spot to eat dinner and enjoy the cool evenings.The location is close to an active town. It is also close to beaches, hidden coves and hiking. Most roads have bike lanes.This place is a gem."
