“Even with moderate expectations, I was let down on a number of levels. The shower water smelled. I was not told the wifi network, which is not intuitive at all, and the room phone didn't work to make a call from my room. The wifi was then accessed, it worked slowly, and it stoped working. I was told "Right now I cannot give you any room on the ground floor because it’s fully booked. There is no extension. You are too far from the router. I’m sorry.” What? Why did the wifi previously work?……
