The room was very clean and bigger than most Tokyo hotels since it's more like a small apartment. There's a washer/ dryer in the room and they supply soap for it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to lots of shops and food and just a few minute walk to either the Okachimachi station or the Ueno station and about 5-10 minute walk to Akihabara. They are also tattoo friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The room had so much more than we expected. A mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and washer/dryer. Out of all the places we stayed this was my #1 property. Very comfortable staying there with a child.

I loved the hotel.
No hustles everything there.
But if they had self service laundry room it could’ve been better.
Front desk laundry service are expensive.
Went to T3 to use other hotel laundry facilities(coin).
Other than that hotel was wonderful.
Recommended.

"If one wants to be in the middle of all Tokyo night life then this is the place. Rooms are incredibly small with no place to open suitcases and or put away clothes . Bathrooms are nice. It can be noisy"
