The staff was very friendly and tried hard. The property feels luxury in comparison to other standard beach properties. Valet is free and the pool area is posh.

We arrived early, we called the property to see if early check in was an option, they said before ten there was a fee after noon there was no fee. We arrived around 1230 to be told that there were no early check in options available. We had no where to go and my 3 year old granddaughter with us. The property is also very noisy at night, lots of activity going on all night.

The bed was comfortable and it was a really nice resort I really enjoyed it I will be coming again.

The location was great with easy beach access and free covered parking. The room was very dirty. After buying bleach wipes and cleaning it felt acceptable to stay. Broken dish washer. Who wants to clean and hand wash dishes on vacation? When I asked at the front desk I was told if I had booked through them and not Expedia they could have done something about it. The band playing there nightly was fantastic.
