“This place is an absolute gem!! If you travel with a boat this is where you need to go. It comes with a place to tie up your boat and they have everything you need when you come back with some nice fish. Not to mention the seafood market just across the parking lot. We went here with our two sons (16,19) And our dog and it was perfect. The dock and rocking chairs are the perfect place to watch the sunset.It’s a short walk to the downtown/boardwalk. “This place is very quiet and a cute layout and balcony. The listing is not accurate - there is no lazy river, pickleball or tennis courts included and i felt this was deceptive to even mention it if it is not included. When we arrived at 1 am, one of the smoke detectors was chriping loudly. We had to remove the battery which stopped it as i didnt want to try to find a battery out on the street at that time of night after a 13 hour drive. The condo had no extra batteries.
