“We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as we needed to leave promptly. In the end, we had no choice but to leave at 9:30 without breakfast and return the keys through the……

“Good location for strolling around Langport with its cafes,independent shops , gardens and river walks . The library is very close with an outdoors area . We had a room in the courtyard , good in the heatwave . Sometimes had to park further away in town car park ..still free ,though in autumn 2026 may have to pay . Staff helpful .”

“Rooms are very basic but acceptable, bed was comfy enough. The problem is that there is no possibility to open the windows so in 4 days fresh air never entered the room. There is a sign saying there is always fresh air coming in despite windows are closed but that’s only if you are ok with freezing with air con…I get it is linked to safety but you would just need to install some block of sort on the windows not to open completely, not let the people not get fresh air whatsoever.
