“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

The hotel has a great location, close to the metro and many attractions, which makes it very convenient for exploring Istanbul.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended.”

“The facility is old. The bed is sunken and extremely uncomfortable, so I had to change hotels during my trip. The air conditioning is very noisy, and the curtains do not fully cover the window. I have to use an elastic band to tie it. If your room faces the street, it is extremely loud. However, the location is great—very close to the Green Line subway.”

“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”

“Het verblijf was oke maar ook niet meer dan dat. Het is géén hotel maar een inlogcode met een hal en kamers. De eerste kamer was een zonder ramen dus die hebben we geweigerd. De tweede was oke maar voor 2 nachten. Er is verder niets aanwezig. Kamers zijn veel ouder dan op de foto’s. ”
