Home with personality
Host was very responsive, all the little things you could want are included even treats and coffee! Beat of all the games available and the pop art made it feel like an art show too. Definitely would stay there again.

Interesting stay in a quaint House
Met all of our expectations and the house is filled with interesting and unique artifacts. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked but could use more dishes and silverware. Enjoyed our time there.

Great stay!
The three of us and my two dogs had a wonderful stay her. Plan to come stay here again soon. The kitchen was so very well stocked with any thing you might need to use...all new appliances. Very much like being home..comfortable.eat fluffy towels, again well stocked. Left good instructions. My only disappointment was no fence to add safety for the dogs but they're leashed trained so it worked out. The yard could have been neater but at this time of year sometimes yards aren't at their best. As I said we all really enjoyed stay here. Oh... friendly neighbors too.

We enjoyed our stay for two weeks. Had an issue with hot water, it was solved and we discovered you had to let water run quite awhile to get hot. Parking is an issue, streets are very busy with traffic. Neighborhood has lots of barking dogs!! Owners should go through cupboards and discard very outdated canned goods and spices. Very unique decor.

A great little house in a family neighborhood. The owners provided so many extra comforts. It was a fun, quirky little cottage with so many hidden “surprises” (art) in every room!! Family friendly. Pet friendly. Excellent communication with the owner. Fast responses to questions. We would stay again if traveling to see our Texas family again!

Perfect house
This cottage is like out of a movie. It is so cute and homey. The host were so amazing at communicating and are amazing decorators! I feel like half the things I wanted to be like “hey where did you get this.!” It was just so cute and cozy. Perfect for us all. We were able to cook and enjoy the weekend. Water pressure was great. There were so many towels. Two bathrooms were larger and very clean. Overall probably one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This is an older home that has been remodeled to provide lots of modern features without losing any of the charm of the original architecture and design. Whimsical artwork and thoughtful touches provide a reason to smile in every room. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, and the appliances are very quiet.

Nice, but a Few Issues
The house is cute, but filled with tchotchkes to the point we had to move things just to set a cup of coffee down. It had rained, which is awesome here in Texas, but there were large “waterbugs” aka roaches, in the shower and on the counter in the kitchen. We sent photos to the owner & he apologized saying he’d have it sprayed after our stay. Good for the next visitors, but not for us. One of the other requests of the owner/manager was to turn OFF the AC unit when you’d leave the house. They did not turn it on in anticipation of our arrival so it was 90+° in the house when we arrived. We had planned to eat dinner there, but it was so hot we went out to eat. Our suggestion, at minimum, would be to turn on the AC unit prior to guests arrival. When it is turned off you’re having to cool down not only the air, but all of the furniture and other items so it takes longer to reach a cool temperature (even just 78°). Beds were ok, one shower you get sprayed with water no matter how you turn it on. Couch was comfy, but with beds for 6 there was not enough seating if you all want to watch together. With a few changes we could like this place as much as we thought we would from the photos.

Perfect Retreat Away from the Crowd
What a beautiful old home -- updated throughout and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was well thought out -- a treasure hunt for the eyes. Everywhere you looked there was something new to explore. Great location away from the crowd but close enough to lots of fun activities.

Great house in a great location
My family used this location as our base of operations for visiting San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. Loved the house itself -- lots of decorative touches throughout. Also loved the snacks, the charcoal grill, and the other creature comforts throughout. Overall, great stay and we would stay there again.

Good trip overall
We had a kind of wild stay since lighting struck a gas line and knocked out the whole town lol. We were very thankful for extra blankets in the closets that night! Even with that happening it was still a good stay for us. My only complaints are fairly minor, cleaning crew could do way better. Lots of corners and dustbunnies were missed. The showers are beautiful but not super functional. The master bath had a shelf installed outside the shower that prevented the door from fully opening so it would be very challenging to get into the shower if you're on the larger side. The other shower opens fine but water leaks out under the door getting all over the hardwood. When my kids showered I spent the entire time wiping and keeping the floor as dry as I could. A little silicone strip would go a long way in there. The decor was eclectic and the house was very cozy feeling. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Cute, roomy cottage!
My sister, a friend, and I stayed at this exquisite cottage for Christmas. It is adorably decorated and very roomy. Included are just about any tool/utensil needed to cook/bake and lots of little extras. The location is great and located in the middle of anything you may need. The neighborhood is walkable and we enjoyed walking our dog. Time spent on the front porch was invaluable! The owners quickly responded with the 2 questions I had. No detail was spared in their providing for guests!

Truly lovely - perfect in town spot
We had such a wonderful time in this house. Every corner has been thoughtfully curated and cared for. Everything you need for a confortable stay is available from the fully stocked kitchen, to snacks, coffee, games, and more. Beds were comfy, the decor was fun and charming, the location was perfect for exploring historic downtown seguin - all at a great price. Thank you for such a fantastic getaway weekend!

This property was great. It is decorated so eccentrically---we loved it. Came with a Keurig and all the coffee we could drink. The beds were very comfortable. Four of us stayed here and had plenty of room---we came for our college reunion. Wonderful landlords were easy to communicate with!

Time capsule. Loved it.
Very much enjoyed the decor and amenities. Had Billie on the record player and enjoyed looking through all the books. The purple and red lights on the exterior helped locate the house at night, too. I wish we had been able to stay a couple more days but we will stay again next time we get back to the area.

Cozy cottage
Visited Sons Isaland in Seguin with the family and stayed at this Cozy cottage. The place was clean, welcoming and close to everything around. The house was filled with wall art and different things to look at. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little house! Hosts provided lots of little extras that made us feel very welcome. Decor is eclectic and fun with quirky little things that you don’t notice right away. We had an issue with the water heater but owners were quick to respond and fix for us. One other thing that was that the queen room faces a street with a stop light and the windows only had thin curtains, no blinds/shade so we saw the lights change all night in that room and couldn’t change in there at night due to the thin window coverings.
