“I was really disappointed with my stay. For the entire five days we were there, the TV didn’t work due to an issue the provider “couldn’t fix,” which meant there was absolutely no in‑room entertainment. For a newer hotel, that was surprising and frustrating. The “continental breakfast” was also extremely underwhelming; just apples, oranges, coffee, and muffins. No variety, no protein, nothing warm.
