Nice clean hotel, very noisy. Can hear all of the street noise and lots of sirens all night long. Housekeeping banging on doors yelling “housekeeping” at 8:30 in the morning, which normally would have been fine but we didn’t get in until after midnight after being at the hospital for several hours.

This place is clean and very well decorated. The pillows were awful, no complimentary water in a 350 a night room. Ordered room service and all food is in to go containers. Our $33 entrée was in a plastic tub. Paid for Valet parking handed the guy $5 and he just walked away as I juggled two bags and a dog, with no help what so ever. When I made comment on needing help they stared at me from the valet podium like I was asking for the sun and the moon. They didn't even get the door. Just no the same standard I am used to from Marriott. Again the place looked great but the service was definitely lacking,

Everything was nice. Our room was on the street side and traffic was a bit noisy at night. Parking at hotel was pricey, but only a block away is cheap and sometimes free parking in locust street garage.

Easy to get to property. Forced to use valet but I suppose it's built into the price. Reasonable cost considering. Can walk to Pete's Coffee Shop which is nice. Liked how there is a shuffle service to take you anywhere downtown at night. Only cost for it is what you tip. It isn't part of hotel amenities but they do tell you about it. Will stay here again if have the chance.
