“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet……

“Hot breakfast was extremely limited only sausage and waffles. Pool was closed, laundry room was not available to use and 1 working ice maker for the whole 5 floor hotel. Really bad smell coming from outside trash can (smelled like it hadn’t been dumped in days). Bed was comfortable, the room was clean (Had this loud humming noise coming from next door but lucky you could only really hear it in the bathroom) and the receptionist was A+. It was posted everywhere that the hotel under……
