“This property was recently renovated and the rooms are in excellent condition. Also it's worth mentioning that their free breakfast is very good. The property is pet friendly with plenty of space for walks. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet……

“Very accommodating staff, room was comfortable and clean. If you plan on walking to dinner from motel go early, by 9:00 they are all closed.”

“Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, fingernail clippings in the floor of the sitting area from previous guests, water from sinks was barely pencil-size and very little hot water. We were charged 3 different times for the stay and are still trying to get the issue resolved.”

“The manager of Hidden trails must have been over worked, I have never experienced a manager to be so rude. There were 9 of us for dinner, we waited for an hour before we even asked how much longer. She immediately had an attitude, We pointed out that people in the restaurant that came in after us had already received their food, She said oh yeah who? Point out who got their food before you. We said that we weren't going to do that because at this point everybody in the restaurant was looking in……
