The place is clean and comfortable. It's amazingly convenient, with easy walking distance to anywhere within the French Quarter.Since we were going to be there for a whole week, we rented a car so we could travel elsewhere in the city. We stayed at this property 3 nights. It was a very convenient location! We were able to walk to most sites and attractions we wanted to see. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond when we had an issue with the access code to check in. We're lucky enough to visit during the Treme Fall Festival and had a wonderful time listening to live music while sitting the front porch. The home is an easy walk to the Quarter/Frenchman street, but don't overlook all of great locations in the neighborhood as well. Penny was quick to respond to any questions. The house is very close to the french quarter and we could walk to most places. We did not have any trouble walking from and to the house during the day or night. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to in the French Quarter. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms nice and updated. The decorations and decor were appropriate and elegant. We felt very safe in the home. I would rate this property an A+. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip if the property is available. ##### Scott B.
