Each bedroom features a king bed and its own bathroom The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs: \-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils \-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender \-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided \-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out! The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door. If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available. Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in NOLA. We did use streetcar and Uber for Garden District. Condo had adequate space for us and 3 teen daughters. Outdoor common space was good. One of the best things was the kind, friendly tram that wa always working the front desk. Bedroom and bathrooms were well amounted and spacious. Only suggestion for improvement would be a Keurig and also a smart TV in the living room. Doesn’t make sense to have saner TVs in bedrooms and not in living room so we could stream ball games and a couple movie as a family. Overall great stay. Secure entry and seems like a safe area even at night. In a quiet area and close walk to sights- 12 minute walk to convention center/ WWII museum, 8 to Bourbon St, and 5 to casino. Front desk person who will let you leave bags there if you arrive before check-in. Coffee/tea station in the small lobby- decent, but better to brew your own in the room. Nice towels, beds and pillows. Bathrooms very nice- showers too. Quiet, and plenty of space. We had 4 people staying, and the couch/ living area was not enough for 4 to lounge/ watch tv. Needed to use the kitchen table, or use the TV's in the bedooms. Nice appliances in the kitchen. Really satisfied with this property. Possibly 10-15 rooms within the property? 3 floors with large elevator. The units are clean with nice beds, showers and furniture. The only drawback was we were not able to get Wi-Fi access in our room. They were working on it during our stay. We would recommend this stay and location to others. Love the fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Place is very clean and beautiful . Location perfect. Close enough to get to all the attractions. Had problems with cold water but it was fix the next day. Staff at reception all nice. Location was perfect to all of the hot spots in NOLA, staff was prompt and super easy to communicate with, concierge for the groceries prior to the visit was on point, and the 4 bedroom unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised. Easy to walk to anywhere. The unit is sparsely furnished so w/ only one luggage rack per room your clothes stay on the floor if they do not hang on a hanger.
