New Philadelphia Chalets

Amish Country Comfort is a hidden gem in the heart of Millersburg, Ohio. The property is on a quiet dead-end street, just a few minutes walk to the center of town. The weekend we visited was much colder than we anticipated so we spent more time inside and the space was so lovely and comfortable that we didn't really mind. This facility was clean, quiet and service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. The entire stay was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go here. 10/10

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is such a peaceful place and the staff is always inviting and friendly. The view is lovely as well.

We loved the property, it was beautiful. The nearby business was awesome as well. Our cabin was wonderful. We all loved it. It is a dry area so if you want a beer or wine bring it with you or pick it up on your way there. Beautiful country, beautiful cabins, wonderful times.

I have yet to experience in my 80 years of life, a more inviting, clean, professionally appointed room. Everything, and I mean everything, proved to be exceptional in quality and professionalism, especially the host Leon's continued efforts at ensuring complete satisfaction. Quiet and comfortable

They were extremely friendly, helpful, kind to my little boy. The food at the Amish store was not up to par as usual is, but the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff and the service was outstanding.

Love staying at Berlin Grande. Comfortable rooms, pool, beautiful courtyard, breakfast, staff very accommodating. We have stayed multiple times in the past 10 years. No complaints about this hotel.

The property was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Very peaceful felt like I was way out in the country, although not that far from shopping in Berlin. The balcony overlooking the small pond was a nice place to relax. The walking path around the pun allowed me to get some walking in. Highly recommend.

Lovely downtown hotel. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. Nice change from chain hotels.

This motel is exceptionally clean and friendly. Great staff. Very clean, comfortable rooms and beautiful pool. We always stay at Country Inn and Suites because we know what to expect. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel property was very nice and new. We had a one-king-bed room with a shower (no bath tub). The bed was a bit firm, but we slept fine! There was a little bar with stools, a small sink, microwave & mini fridge as well in the room. The breakfast was ok. Not as good as some places we've stayed, but there was alot of variety. The pool was small, but fine for a quick swim. It is in the lowest level, and there wasn't signage to direct us there really. We just walked all around checking the whole...

We really liked the cleanliness of the room and how friendly the staff was.

Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking garage and our ticket wouldn’t work. Fortunately the head of the garage was pulling in when we were having trouble and told the guy on duty to let us out. Coming back from our event that evening we couldn’t get into the garage and are going to dispute the charges with the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay. 3 day weekend. Our room was great, we had a hot tub room. I highly recommend that. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were not so great. Breakfast was very good, smiling, friendly staff, good food. My one complaint, the coffee was horrible. I don't want you to think I'm a coffee snob, I drink Folgers. This was the worst coffee I've ever had, it took away from the whole experience. If they served decent coffee, it would be near perfect!
