Staff were excellent! Location is perfect! Rooms are great! Top restaurant and bar/night club attached to the hotel are a bonus. A must stay every time I visit NYC!

This is a 5 star property and the accommodations are 3 star at best. My bed was broken and I slept on a diagonal. The rooms are very small. The used to have valet but no longer. The restaurant is not open for breakfast which is included if you are a Marriott member and the gym is closed too. Watch out for the $40 "Destination fee" which is Marriotts way of extorting another $40 from you. I am a life time Marriott Titanium member and these resort fees drive me nuts. I found this same room on the Marriott website for $100 more than Expedia btw. Bottom line, this hotel is in a great location but there are no emenities other than a room. That is all you should expect.

The employees were friendly and very accommodating! The location in SOHO was perfect- close to shops, great restaurants, and the Subway.
