Loved the location of the hotel. I will, or rather my wife and I will stay here again in the future. Oh, I almost forgot, this particular hotel offered ONE of the BEST breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen!!!! This particular Hyatt Place is worth every penny!!!!

This was an incredible place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s the perfect location for walking and commuting around New York City. I’m definitely going to stay here again

The bathtub was clogged when we check in. The onside technician wasn't able to un-clogged it. The hotel gave us, a family of five a bucket to pour water from bathtub to toilet after each shower. That was horrible especially with 2 children and 1 teenager.

Great location for Empire State and Penn station. We were a family of five (3 teenagers) so it was a bit of a squash with the sofa bed open. Free breakfast. Ragtrader and Keg Room are good for dinner.

All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, front door, security) were amazing - they were professional, friendly, fast, and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright, updated and spacious. I really liked the kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and dinnerware. The hotel had a great location and was near a supermarket and many restaurants. The area was very walkable and felt very safe for my family. It is close to the National Mall and downtown DC. This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and I will definitely stay here again.
