The hotel is right in the middle of Times Square. Lots of construction in the area so there is a lot of noise during the day. Overall the room was comfortable, clean and well priced. If you plan on doing the hop on hop off bus get your tickets while you are in NY and just get the bus pass without ...
Great location on 50th and 3rd. We had a 1-bedroom suite that had a great view and was spacious and comfortable. Small bathrooms but that was not a distractor here. Definitely worth the value here.
This is a return stay. I was so impressed with our stay last spring, that we had to come back. The staff is warm and friendly. Access to Gramercy Park is amazing! The rooms are incredibly comfortable, quiet, and decadently sumptuous. Love the location, close to all subway lines. A wonderful, old ...
The room is small with no where to put cases. We used the window ledge as storage space. The rooms is comfortable as the view from the 29 floor is great. The location is superb and we wold stay again without question.
The check-in did not go well, as we got downgraded for the first night. The One Bedroom King Suite that we had booked was not available so we were given a Queen Suite instead. The hotel employee told us it was not a downgrade as it was on the 23th floor (good view) as opposed to the King Suite (15th ...
The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Lights in the rooms were slight cumbersome/difficult. Shower knob behind the glass door makes it very awkward to turn on the shower.
Stayed 3 nights at this gorgeous hotel. Well-appointed room with comfortable beds. The hotel staff was helpful and kind. Appreciated the take-out coffee/breakfast to-go option for those on the move. The swanky rooftop bar is not to be missed. Incredible views and a spacious lounge areas inside and ...
Great experience, friendly staff, some areas can use a bit more updating but overall clean. Not a fan of the hidden fees at check out (that should've been made aware when checking in and included already in the booking).
Nice boutique hotel! Staff is welcoming and friendly, the rooms are large (for New York) and the wine hour in the afternoon was great. Close to Grand Central Station so getting around NYC was easy!
I picked this hotel for my birthday getaway . First trip ever to New York. We've arrived fairly early before check in time and I appreciate the front desk "will" for allowing us to check in early without a fee. The hotel was spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. P.s Good price ...
We stayed at The Hotel Benjamin in October 2017 during unseasonably hot weather. We enjoyed an air conditioned one bedroom suite on the fourth floor. Having a kitchenette was ideal as we bought our own breakfast items and could therefore choose where to eat. Lots of local eating establishments are ...
One of the smaller Manhattan hotels so felt an individual and not just another number passing through the door. Reception staff very friendly - could not have been more helpful. Rooms relaxing and comfortable. Near to all sight seeing locations. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Would recommend ...
Good room. Great location. Would prefer to stay closer to Broome, Crosby as it is cleaner there. The staff were excellent. Great am and evening snacks. Would stay again.
This is not a luxury hotel, but it is just fine. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Very clean. Location is great -- close to theaters, within walking distance of Times Square, between 5th and 6th Avenues, very close to Museum of Modern Art, and more. Hotel staff were very helpful. Restaurant ...
