Good location, very secure with excellent, friendly staff. Good selection of food at breakfast. Comfortable, clean rooms.
Overall not a bad hotel for the money we paid. Nice area and easy to get around. We had a couple of issues regarding our siute which when raised with the front desk didnt get followed up on. But the staff were helpful enough overall. Oh - and no bell boy service which is not a big deal but thought ...
Carpets needed cleaning. Lacks outlets to charge devices, especially when the room is for 6 guests. Did not get room service the first day and we had to ask for toiletries, coffee, etc. The hotel did not seem to know there were 5 of us.
Loved the room - ask for a city view room. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet, but disliked the $10 per day "resort" fee. Front desk could be friendlier. I rarely got a smile from them or aknowledgement when waiting at the front desk.
Welcoming staff accommodating All staff paid attention to detail All staff members were conscious of the people around them and their needs almost as if they were ease dropping they had an answer or a resolution It was a heart stay from entrance to exit
There is no other place in the city that compares to GPH. Space is incredibly beautiful. The entire staff were so welcoming and friendly. Best surprise was our room. Didn't want to leave.
