The hotel is right in the middle of Times Square. Lots of construction in the area so there is a lot of noise during the day. Overall the room was comfortable, clean and well priced. If you plan on doing the hop on hop off bus get your tickets while you are in NY and just get the bus pass without ...
I do not know why other reviewers give this hotel such a bad rap. Having read several reviews opinion was divided and mixed. Having stayed in many hotels in New York, I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant. It's not what you would expect from a typical Grand Hyatt in Asia or Europe, ...
The room is small with no where to put cases. We used the window ledge as storage space. The rooms is comfortable as the view from the 29 floor is great. The location is superb and we wold stay again without question.
Stayed here for 5 nights with two children, easy to get around to all the sights in NYC by Uber, close to subway and shops like Macy’s and grocery stores. Room was clean and great view of Empire State Building. Staff were friendly, would stay here again if ever in NYC
The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Lights in the rooms were slight cumbersome/difficult. Shower knob behind the glass door makes it very awkward to turn on the shower.
I picked this hotel for my birthday getaway . First trip ever to New York. We've arrived fairly early before check in time and I appreciate the front desk "will" for allowing us to check in early without a fee. The hotel was spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. P.s Good price ...
We stayed at The Hotel Benjamin in October 2017 during unseasonably hot weather. We enjoyed an air conditioned one bedroom suite on the fourth floor. Having a kitchenette was ideal as we bought our own breakfast items and could therefore choose where to eat. Lots of local eating establishments are ...
Pleasant l. Howeverr had to advise them reading Light need new bulb, heated floor in bath did not work I told them it was room 430. Someone must have come to try to see what was wrong but it was not fixed and there was no apology or credit for it not working. They play up these heated floors which ...
Good room. Great location. Would prefer to stay closer to Broome, Crosby as it is cleaner there. The staff were excellent. Great am and evening snacks. Would stay again.
