The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It is right on front of the Times Square red stairs. The hotel was good. I will say that the rooms need a little update but the overall was good. Try the Havana Central restaurant that is steps away.
This suite style room on the upper east side was quite and convenient. Perfect for me and my two adult sons for a weekend in the city. The Q train is practically outside your doorstep and it’s an easy walk to other stations and plenty of restaurants. Museum mile and the park are close enough.
No king bed available at check in. My reservation was for a king. Had to pay $60 a night extra to get a king suite. Should have been upgraded for free since they did not hold my room. No morning coffee in room. Had to pay $30 every morning for room service room coffee. Our 2 Expedia VIP complimentary ...
Always looking for clean quiet rooms with a great bed in NYC. Upscale, friendly staff, good shower. Surprized by the $25/day destination fee, partly offset by free WiFi and $15/day off any purchase at their “market place” wasn’t mentioned at Expedia when comparing prices, but is at Hyatt ...
Great location..friendly staff who are very accomodating and quite a nice room that is fully stocked.
For starters I had some one check in before me since I got off of work late and there were no problems. Once I finally got to the hotel , I was immediately checked in also with no problems so that was FANTASTIC. The room was extremely comfortable and cozy. Also extremely clean. Loved my stay here. ...
The hotel met my expectations for a comfortable place to stay within walking distance of the Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, other attractions and good restaurants.
We had another fabulous stay at Ink48 this past weekend, cannot say enough about the staff, so professional and enjoyed an amazing dinner at Print restaurant, an extra thank you to Prints manager, Reyna, for her incredible hospitality! We look forward to our next visit!
I love the modern and Clean feel of the Row. Black and White with pops of color, especially in guest rooms...and while I am sure there is reasoning for it, whether zoning or permits or budgetary, the renovations stop at the in room bathrooms. It makes the rooms feel unfinished.
Nice hotel, great location. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the subway. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend a room not facing Lexington - or ear plugs; the sounds of NYC can be loud. If you are driving in, there are some less expensive garages to leave your car for a few days ...
We had a confusing check-in. Drove into the city and no one was outside to greet us and direct us to parking. Check-in was swift, room key given but no explanation about hotel facilities and amenities, concierge service, etc. On way to find our room, we were also stopped abruptly by staff in lobby ...
We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great! The guys at the door were super helpful getting us cars on short notice, giving us tips on restaurants etc. It was also close to everything, so we walked almost everywhere.
Very small room (Corner studio skyline view) was a disappointment. Don't see why they charge a resort fee of $45 this time of year. Barely any toiletries, a tiny soap bar and lotion. Nice deli next door.
Clean, stylish room in the center of New York City. The only surprise for me was when I ordered breakfast to be delivered - it was $14,50 for a bowl of oatmeal, but I figured I'd make my morning simple. Anyway, it was the cheapest option. The next day, turned out that with the "tray charge" and other ...
This is my 2nd time staying here! The location is EXCELLENT! The staff could not be more friendly (taking time to give us subway instructions, get car service to the airport and always having a warm greeting when we walk in - no matter the time). Room was clean and comfortable. I won't stay anywhere ...
