There was definitely mold in the unit and I was in convalence not able to leave and inhaling that terrible stench from the bathrooms and AC units. Awful. You have the best staff but the property is outdated and awful and I spent alot of money and will never ever stay there again. Awful

We had a fantastic room that was larger than a typical apartment with two terraces. We loved our stay and will certainly stay here the next time we are in NYC. Easy access to several subway stations, grocery stores, and very walkable.

The rooms were quite dated. My pull out couch had a big tear in the upholstery. We were “upgraded” which I didn’t quite appreciate as an upgrade since we had booked a (much more modern looking) room with two queen beds and got a king bed and a den with a pull out couch instead and we didn’t plan on sharing beds so it meant one of us had to sleep in the cramped den. The location was awesome so it was a good place for a couple of nights of sleep.

Good location but I found a box of food from former guest in the refrigerator which made me wonder about the thoroughness of their cleaning of the room before my arrival. I reported it in the morning and they said they would take care of it but when I returned to my room later in the day it was not removed so I had to call them again
