bathroom was not clean : molds build up, floors are not clean - several big cracks in three section in living room - no setting dishes for dinning room in the kitchen - few add hock plates, mugs and utensils - although suite has the a kitchen such as cooktop, but there were nothing even no utensils for cooking - all kitchen cabinets are empty. Nothing to cook a small breakfast - noise of heater : called to fix but still were issue - TV remotes were not working : called to fix but still not working - freezer was loaded with thick ice -entrance keys were not working and needed to go to front desk many times to be fixed. -Broken and dirty coaster

We stayed here (family of 5) and it was perfect. We traveled out of state and this property is in the perfect area to see everything within walking. Staff was absolutely amazing with our kids and I have to add that house keeping even helped us with our elf on the shelf my son had to bring. We loved this vacation and alot had to do with the hotel and staff.

Stayed in a standard king room. Room 815 at the end of the hall. Other than the sound of neighbors doors closing occasionally, it was very quiet. Room was slightly larger than typical NY hotel room but beyond that amenities were fairly standard. Room was cleaned each day by staff. The bed was firm but comfortable to my preference. Front desk staff and concierge were courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

I stay at the Lombardy during Thanksgiving week. The first room they gave us had hair in the bathroom sink and was dirty. The front desk moved us to a different room, which was slightly better. The hotel is in need of serious renovations. The only good thing about my stay was the hotel’s location, which was convenient to the subway and stores.

The Lombardy is in a great location. Our room was clean. The staff is not friendly (except one of the bellmen). There was a garbage can and a vacuum stored outside of our room during the three days of our stay. Not much attention to detail.

COCKROACHES / WATER BUGS - NO RESOLUTION FROM MANAGEMENT I booked this hotel for my senior citizen father and was dismayed to find cockroaches/water bugs in his room. This was immediately reported to the front desk at which time we were told that it wasn’t necessary to change rooms, and that they would address the issue (we assumed that meant spraying). The issue was not addressed, and when brought again to the attention of the front desk, no options were presented then or during the rest of his stay to change rooms/offer a discount /spray /etc. My father was unable to sleep knowing there were large bugs crawling around. I brought this to the attention of the front desk again on the day of check-out asking to speak with hotel mgmt. who I was told wasn’t available on the weekend. I was told that the original complaints had not been catalogued, and that they would make a note of the issue now and have the hotel mgr. call me the following day. He did not call me, so I called him and he attempted to tell me that my father said he was fine to stay in the room with the bugs and had no issue with them (I almost have to laugh at this, because.. really??). He told me he would call the following day after he spoke with his mgr. about possible resolution and also mentioned that any prior concerns we had made weren’t catalogued. I suppose it shouldn’t be a surprise that he never called back. Sigh. Extremely disappointing; I feel duped, and my father should not have had this experience.
