“You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. “This was the perfect place for my family to stay for the holidays! Wonderful apartment with all the amenities needed and then some! It was perfectly located - a quick drive (or we could even walk) to the shore and Sandi Hook along with several restaurants and the Twin Lights. I was able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen and deck every morning which was wonderful! There was a small park on the water a very short walk up the road for our dogs. Plenty of parking on site.
