Great stay good price for area

Location was great. Right near the airport as expected with parking for car.

I stayed one night. The front desk attendant Depesa was very kind and helpful. She made my stay enjoyable. And the breakfast was amazing !

Location was great and bar was nice touch.

This is the place to stay if you’re attending an event at The Prudential

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Dining room was clean and so was our room. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

This has been my pick of hotels since I found it. I always make sure to snag it, when traveling to NYC. It may be away from the city, but thanks to all the mass transit options, it is always a great option. They take care of all my needs, make sure I have a great stay and honestly give me a place to get some sleep after a long day. The shuttle is always on time, based on their schedules the hot breakfast buffet was also really really good. The people were friendly in the serving area as well. I...

The lobby was inviting and the staff was PHENOMENAL! They allowed us to go into our room early which SAVED the day! I was traveling with my 90 year old mother who was exhausted from our flight. I STILL talk about the hotel a year later!!!! I just tried to book the hotel for this year, but found that you don't have a shuttle from the airport. That made me sad as I was looking forward to seeing your staff again.

Shuttle was very convenient when it was on time.

Very helpful staff and restaurant in the lobby is very convenient.

The rooms where not clean floors were dirty

Great stay

Would come back

I had a very pleasant stay in crystal room. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located, and I appreciated the overall environment and facilities. My stay went smoothly and I would gladly recommend the property to other travelers.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

Very centrally located. Amazing staff and clean. My go to place for New York

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!
