Overall a perfect location and stay for my two nights in NYC visiting friends. Central to all the subway lines and Penn station with connections to NJ transit and Amtrak. Staff was friendly and helpful but at times seemed understaffed - key pad was not working so staff had to accommodate each guest to their room during my stay. Great value, comfy beds and would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Staypineapple. Was lovely to have a nice view of the city from my window, and super comfy bed, and having complimentary still/sparkling water provided. The hotel was also perfectly situated to go virtually anywhere in the city so will definitely keep it in mind for my next trip to NY!

Excellent location, bright modern lobby with afternoon cookies (always a plus!) and friendly staff. Our bed was comfortable. NYC hotel rooms are always small, and ours was no exception, but no one should expect huge. It was decorated nicely. Housekeeping was very responsive when we needed extra towels.I would stay here again.

It was a cute boutique close to the train station and MSG, very convenient for the purpose of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered to let us borrow one of their Staypineapple umbrellas for the downpour. The room was a bit tight but still great amenities were provided. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

I would give this place 10 stars. This place was absolutely adorable. The big, plush white towels even had pineapples on them. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on pillows were great bathroom beautiful with wall to wall mirrors. Free sodas in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this and I would come back again.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. New York is frighteningly expensive and StayPineapple is very good value for money. Highly recommend.

The hotel is so cool with its theme, stayed one night and will definitely be back. The rooms aren’t huge; thats expected for NYC but the space is well thought out and pretty comfortable. Also convenient location, walking distance to Penn Station, lots of restaurants and bars around the area.

Second time staying at this location and was very pleased - again! Fantastic location for anything close to MSG, MoMa, Times Square... tons of shopping and places to eat nearby. Central Park is walkable in about 30 minutes, too. Rooms are very small, so be efficient with what you bring -- but clean and comfortable, which is most important. Great staff.
