“Lovely stay great breakfast”

“Situated next to A38 it is a very easy access hotel for a night if you are travelling to the Midlands. The room we had was spacious and comfy!”

“Easy to find lots of places around to eat hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly would use it again the kitchenette was enough for tea and snacks very happy”

“The room was very clean and tidy! Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing very filling! And the parking is very easy too access but when there are a few guests staying the car park can get very tight, overall really good and best bit its only 17 mins drive too Alton towers from there ”

“We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn……

“What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area”

“The property itself was lovely. However, during my two day stay, the water temperature in my room's en suite bathroom was cold, and then tepid, both for the basin and shower. The shower water pressure was also very poor. Finally, I had early starts on both mornings, and the fire alarm went off in my bedroom due to "steam" from the bathroom. I could not switch it off, and it was extremely embarrassing early on a Sunday morning. Staff nice, parking good, but a disappointing stay due to the lack of……

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Little George! Geoff was super kind and helpful, showed us to our room. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, lovely bathroom with a big shower (the included toiletries smelled amazing too!). Well stocked minibar, teas and coffees etc. WiFi was very good too, easy to connect and fast, which is needed in this area as mobile data signal can be a bit iffy. Extra pillow, towels provided with no issue when we asked. Included breakfast was absolutely fab,……
