“James and Hansel were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and helpful, the property itself is in a great location and has a charming character, rooms were clean and tidy and very spacious. Communication was excellent, I would stay again and recommend ”

“Room was clean but very dated however for what we paid we can't really complain. Parking is free in onsite car park you just need to enter registration number at reception. We meet family for a meal, menu typical pub food but all perfectly acceptable and staff very pleasant. Walled outside seating area which was nice for having a drink as weather was warm. The hotel is on the high street so be aware that you will experience some traffic noise especially if your room is at the front. ”

“Good sized clean rooms and the hotel is run by a friendly, approachable team. I didn’t get the chance to use to amenities so I can’t comment. Plenty of on-site car parking. I would recommend this hotel.”

“We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. ”

“Most things were excellent except for the booking system. The hotel website had a phone number but no email! When the phone number was called we were asked what we wanted before being referred to just 1 of 2 options, with no chance of talking to a person. The phone would continue ringing for a little while before timing out. We were given no chance of leaving a message or to ask for a call back. We had to cancel our original booking in order to rebook using a different 3rd party website……
