You'll love the property's has colorful westward-facing sunsets over the back yard, over the farm, is westward and the evening skies are unreal

A quintessential New England seacoast community boasting numerous restaurants, free summer outdoor concerts, shopping, antiquing, performing arts center, maritime museum, whale watches, dinner cruises, deep sea fishing, kayaking and more. Plum Island is only 4 miles away (a 10 minute drive) where you’ll find the Parker River Wildlife Refuge and miles of beautiful sandy beach or enjoy Maudsley State Park, only 3 miles away, with its great hiking and cycling trails.

Getting Around:
Guests will need to drive by car or bike in order to get to downtown Newburyport or the beaches.
