“We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.”

“The room is very spacious. And, our room is facing the ocean, the sceneries, especially during sunrise, is incredibly wonderful and unforgettable. There are many dishes for the buffet breakfast. The taste is also above standard. Carpark is amazing. We can park our car safely underground. ”

“The Torquay Hotel has an excellent location, and we really enjoyed the food and drinks—everything we tried was great. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and easy. The room itself, however, was very old and definitely in need of updating. While it seemed generally clean, the carpets were quite worn and felt a bit gross. The bathroom had good water pressure, which was a plus, but the windows had a lot of spider webs around them, even though they were high……

“Lovely property. Super efficient check in and check out. Wonderful breakfast and tea and coffee available throughout the day. The room itself was spotless and perfect for a short stay. The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“Absolutely fabulous. This property was so clean and tidy and beautiful decorated.The little bar came with complimentary wine, granola, a fresh loaf of bread, jams and honey,tea, coffee and hot chocolate the fridge was stocked with yogurt juice and milk and butter. This was so good to have because once you get there you don’t want to leave. We had a view of the olive grove and relaxed on the deck as the sun set in the background. The air conditioning was quiet , the shower was big enough for two.……

“The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆”
