May have just found my new favorite coffee house in NOVA. Cervantes is fairly new both a coffee house and roaster. I had a Guatemalan coffee with the siphon method. Terrific staff and really comfortable for hanging for a while. They have muffins, fruit turnovers and oatmeal. Definitely coming back and going to their Sterling, VA location. Definitely near the top of my list.

The host was excellent in making sure we had everything we needed and understood expectations with check in/check out and where linens were located as needed.
