“I always go into a Vrbo experience expecting a 5-star experience. Let’s start with the positives. The property is in a great location. It is near a nice shopping plaza and 10-15 to Old Town and DC. The neighborhood is safe, and it is right down the street from a hospital and gas station. Communication was good before the stay, and we were able to get help when needed.
