“The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway.”

“Loved the concept of the Barrister. No on site check in just a code is sent to you to open your rooms doors Room was fantastic. Very nice and clean with high end finishes. Would definitely stay there again. Wish they had a couple of pet friendly units Great value”

“The best part of the inn for us was the pool, which we used in the evening and morning. Lovely, quiet, and all for ourselves. The room was also well appointed and quiet, even though it was right off the main road. The bed was super comfy. It was a perfect way to end our trip coming down Skyline Parkway from DC. The gas station right down the street had everything you might have been missing.”

“The Legacy Inn is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is so clean and comfortable. Soft fluffy towels in the huge bathroom. (We were in the Eden Suite). Fresh crisp bedding and comfortable beds. It’s in a beautiful setting but within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely would recommend this Inn.”

“Spacious, beautiful, great amenities, Really well designed/appointed and comfortable. Loved our stay in the Echols suite - Historic, near downtown, short 1/2 hour drive to mile zero of magnificent Blue Ridge Highway! Only two negatives - the front slate walkway in need of repair or clean up - many loose pieces. Although access was secure and easy without onsite staff, two emails requesting early check-in/late checkout went unanswered. Do not know if other concerns would have been addressed.……
