We love this cozy place
Our 3rd year renting this cute little flat. It’s always clean, quiet and in a primo location. Plenty of fans to keep a cool cross breeze (a/c is not common at the beach), beach chairs, towels, coffee pods, and thoughtful amenities. We’ll be back again!

Great stay!
Room is a very small studio size, but cozy well decorated with all you need. This unit is not a back house like I expected. It is a downstairs middle unit with units on both sides and upstairs. Great location, kayak, short walk to Balboa Fun Zone.
