From the moment we checked in to when we checked out - truly friendly and helpful staff, rooms were definitely comfortable. They had great choices for the “grab-go” breakfast and hands down the location was perfect for walking to attractions.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and spacious room with high ceilings. Was able to get a free parking spot there which was great. Central location walkable to bars and restaurants, tucked away into a convenient side street. Would stay here again!

Everything was surprisingly unexpected for a boutique hotel so close to downtown historic district. Everything was exceptional and staff went above and beyond to satisfy our inquiries and directed us to best places to see and eat and purchase items needed on our stay. My friends were here from the Netherlands and were extremely impressed with stay, rooftop, deck for sunsets, proximity to water, and spacious suites. Definitely on my list to book again. Will past on my impressions to friends and family.

Mill Street Inn’s location is perfect if you’re in Newport without a car. It’s centrally located, an easy walk to transport, and just a few blocks from downtown. We enjoyed an afternoon drink on the rooftop deck after a long day seeing Newport. Shout out to Alex at the front desk. He was a great help in giving directions and making recommendations. He has a great smile and genuinely seemed to enjoy making us feel welcomed.

Mill Street in was an excellent property to stay. Centrally located in downtown newport offering a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the water. Incredibly clean and the staff was so friendly. We will stay here again.

The Mill Street Inn was a unique spot with a great location, a few minutes walk to Bellevue or Thames Streets. Our room was more like a suite, had a separate living room and a bedroom. Amenities were great, and there was breakfast that you ordered the night before that they delivered at the time of your choosing. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, especially Lori who seemed to know everything about Newport as a lifelong resident. Would definitely go back!

Exceptional boutique hotel. Friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast delivered to your room. Clean rooms, great amenities. Close to everything, walkable to Bowen’s wharf, quick bus to cliff walk. Highly recommend this cute quaint inn. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Rooms were clean and modern, parking was great to have, roof deck was a great place to hang out.minor issue was the room fridge not working and bathroom door not latching. Staff was great and helpful. The free sangria every day was a nice touch.And the breakfast was excellent delivered right on are preset time every morning. Will absolutely stay here again

The Inn is in a great location. 1 block to Bellevue Two blocks to the Hall of Fame, shops and restaurants. Inn is clean, desk staff is friendly and helpful. Water and sangria is found everyday in lobby, along with coffee, magazines and puzzles. Breakfast is plentiful, delivered to your door and left on floor after a knock. You can pick your time you’d like your breakfast too! Room is spacious and modern. AC unit on wall and fan work well. Bathroom is super modern too.
