The hotel was older. The mattress was upside down on one of the beds and we were literally on box springs. The location was good but price was high for the quality of the sleeping arrangement.

I get that Newport in the summer is expensive but to pay almost $500 a night for the room I stayed in was ridiculous. The website photos do not accurately reflect the rooms . Photos are well staged! They are not that nice!!

Front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and updated. Ground floor room was noisy from footfalls upstairs, and breakfast was a bit meager.

The hotel was in a good location, pretty close to downtown Newport. The room was average I would say but we found hair on one of the beds and like 3 pillows which was bad. I will say the staff was nice. I left my charger there on checkout and they called me to let me know which I really appreciated.

For the price, the hotel is correct. It’s a great location. It needs refreshing, but it was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but again, for the price it was sufficient. I would stay again.
