Overall a good place. Price was good for 2 rooms. The rooms themselves were clean, however part of the carpet was torn up in one of them. The other room we booked didn’t have good air conditioning, or at least it wasn’t very good. Check in takes about 10 minutes. The location is amazing though!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at their motel, located at the back of their main building. Although the room was ok, the washroom seemed outdated and we spotted a cockroach the night before we checked out. This facility needs renovation.

The day manager working on Monday - was rude, dismissive and should not be in customer service if she hates her job that much. All other staff (cleaners/weekend staff at the front desk) were polite, helpful and respectful. The wait staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were fantastic as well. The hotel needs some updates with lighting and decor - but it’s clean, quiet and beds are comfortable. Value was good.

The room was pretty clean and in good condition! Breakfast was really great, however front desk woman did not mention the free breakfast when we walked in so had to pay $50 our first breakfast which was upsetting but not the worst. The only one thing that was a major issue was the staff. Were very “robot like” as we joked, no friendly greeting/conversations and seemed like we were a bother to them even just walking in to check in/ check out. you would think that their job at a hotel is to greet/communicate/deal with customers with at least a smile lol. We were greeted with a very nice gentleman our last night when going to the pool but that was it. However other than that, hotel was great.
