Pros Walkable to falls Located in main downtown Good dinner options Speedway go kart is 2 mins away and good for kids Cons Our room was never cleaned when I told room service to clean they had they are busy We booked thinking this hotel has fallsview and they gave us a room on 6th floor. While checking in at the reception they mentioned that our room has fallview but it wasn't. We were facing the Clifton hill street and could see a bit of lake but no falls at all. That was misleading information on the website and by hotel customer service. Didn't have microwave in the room even though it was given on their website Provided ratings based on the cons.

We found this hotel extremely clean and perfect for our needs. Super close to Clifton Hill and all the nearby attractions. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
