“The walls were in poor condition. Baseboards are horribly dirty. Whole in king bedroom wall behind door. I felt this place could have been cleaned better especially since they charge 100 cleaning fee then in the check out process they list everything they want done so basically you have to clean it besides make the bed. Front porch is very poor condition broken cement on porch. Could not turn on heat. I will say the cleanliness is way worse than the photos on line. Condition is much worse than……

“Great communication with the host. It was clean. 15 min walk to the Niagara falls. 7/11 close. Recommending. We stayed one night and had no any problems. Big bedrooms (they were cozy). ”

“see at first i’m not gonna lie it was a pain getting in the house because of having the wrong pin, but the host indeed helped , house was actually clean , very stocked, i feel like if there was a lil bit better of a paint job on some of the walls though that guests would be way more happier with the outcome!! overall i would stay at this bnb again!! ”

“The property was exactly as described on the website. Neighborhood did look a little sketchy at first, but we felt very safe and secure. Did not park in the garage off the alley, street parking was more convenient. Very close to everything you want to do in Niagara Falls. Host responded very promptly. ”

“ House is very clean. Full kitchen is very well equipped with not just the basics, but surprisingly with everything that you'll ever need. All the rooms are also as described. Neatly furnished. Comfortable beds and pillows, with clean, new beddings and towels. The unit is just 10 minutes away to Niagara Falls State Park and groceries are also nearby. Thank you Elisabeth.
