"The house was neat and clean. There was adequate space for all of us. The AC works well and was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer appear to be newer. Be aware that the grill is charcoal and not gas. Also, the bathroom sink and shower hot & cold are reversed. The driveway is a bit tricky to find. Very difficult if your first arrival is after dark. A can opener and a knife sharpener would have been nice to have. All said and done, we had...

"The location and view were perfect. The house seems to be falling apart. Definite know it’s a budget stay if that’s what you’re looking for. The floors are uneven and have soft spots, the shower has no cold water only scalding hot water, the AC units cool but they don’t dry the air. The host was reasonable and refunded us our cleaning fee. Yet he was at times a little hard to reach. "
