"The room was lovely, very quiet. The only downfall was that we were there for 3 nights and they did not service our room. We had to ask for clean towels and a refresh of tea bags."

"The room was clean and orderly. The bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were very nice, courteous and accommodating. We had a couple of small requests that were generously met. We did not opt for breakfast, but the bar staff on the top floor were equally generous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Alexanderplatz seemed to be in the middle of everything we came to see in Berlin. And as the picture shows, the train station is within a three minute walk. The S9 train is a direct ride to the airport, and it is only about 30-40 minutes away."
