“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The natural light and peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for our creative project, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. We loved that it had a driveway, parking situation would be tough otherwise. We also rented a garage which was extra but worked very well for us. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, functional rental with great energy.”

“Never stayed at this property. Host never responded. Had to looked for a place to stay. This experience was inconvenient and stressful. I called vrbo and the representative stated they couldn't reach the host for several bookings. This property should have been red flagged and the booking should have been suspended. I'm very disappointed in the entire booking process.”

“Location is close to everything if you plan a trip to New York City. Property was clean and well maintained. Safe secure building. “The host allowed us to check in around 12pm without charging an additional fee. He was usually pretty quick to respond. Location was easy to find. We had plenty of bedding, towels and wash cloths. House had some updates but could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We didn’t have any disruptions from the other tenants. However parking is tight and a bit of a free for all. The neighborhood is a little run down. We did enjoy our time though and felt safe overall. ”
