“These people are awful terrible and I really had to beg for a towel. The floors were disgusting and nasty. They will not give you coffee with sugar and cream unless you beg for it!!! I got so angry with these people I wanted to scream at them!!! I couldn't get a refund on my 4 nights and that made it worse! I came here for business and to make money and my last night here was to get some sleep and they pounded at the door at o early thirty waking me up to ask me if I was leaving today!!! CHECK……

“Clean room & good A/C”

“We found check-in straightforward, but unfortunately both rooms we were given were unacceptable. The first room’s A/C was extremely noisy, so we were moved — but the replacement still had dirty floors, a dirty/sticky TV stand, and sheets with what looked like cigarette burns. The room also smelled of mildew; the bathroom was particularly unclean and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. When I raised the issues with the front desk, the staff response was dismissive. We decided to leave early……

“Had an eschew with the toilet call the front dest they where down there less than 3 min fixed it right up. Very very nice owner. Help us in a lot of ways. We had an emergency had to leave early they did not hesitate gave us our money back. That’s what good people do. I would say Good place to stay. If any things wrong call the dest and he will make it right. Give it a 9 out of 10 Thanks for Ty gee understanding. Family place for sure.”

“Expedia booked room that was unavailable. Bad taste in mouth for Expedia”

“Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.”

“Mold in the room. Had to get a refund, and the next day someone else from the property called me wanting to not give a full refund even though it had already been processed.”
