"Absolutely loved this location and whenever we are in San Antonio this is where we will stay. Mel P. and Jan were very accommodating. We checked and the room next to ours had two dogs barking I did not want an issue with trying to sleep so I asked if we could possibly change rooms and they were so helpful and even allowed us to switch when we came back from dinner. Then the next day my daughter has an allergic reaction to something that touched her face, I asked if we could switch to a different...

This was an issue on all three mornings we were there. The front desk staff insisted we pay the pet fee “in cash” and they were very reluctant to give a receipt for this - said they always collect this in cash with no receipt - we requested a receipt be typed on letterhead and given to us which it was done with...
