Experience the perfect tropical getaway at Tortuga Kai condo located in the exclusive Cayman Kai/Rum Point area of Grand Cayman. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor, oceanfront / beachfront / poolside condo is in the Caribbean oasis of Kaibo Yacht Club Condominiums Phase II.

Guests are sure to love the nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops, travertine marble vanities, ceramic tile floors and central AC. Retire on the king size bed in the luxurious Master Bedroom overlooking the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. The queen size bed in the second bedroom and the sofa sleeper will allow this condo to accommodate up to a total of six guests.

You will love spending time relaxing on the screened in patio as you watch the boats docking at Kaibo Yacht Club.

A beautiful view of the ocean can be enjoyed from the screened in patio, lounge and Master Bedroom. A water cooler is available for your use with hot, room temperature and cold water. We have a Netflix account in the living room for you to enjoy while staying and both bedrooms have cable TV. Amenities abound with snorkeling gear, fishing gear, paddle boards, kayaks, adult bikes, kids bikes, a gas grill, washer and dryer and more!

The most amazing VRBO experience ever
Let me tell you, I’ve been using Vrbo all over for many years and this is hands down the best experience ever! This property has EVERYTHING that you need or want or may have forgotten while travel. Easy to communicate with and accommodating to literally having all the amenities possible. You are away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile, basically on a private beach with a restaurant and bar right next door. I can’t speak highly enough about this vacation or the owners of this property! We are already planning our next visit here and will definitely be staying here again!!

From the first communication, to the check out process this was easy and wonderful. The property was exactly has shown and described. Clean condo, with enough room for 4 adults. 2 nice size bedrooms and baths. Kitchen was well stocked with tools, dishes and glasses. Lots of beach towels to enjoy the great pool (that’s steps away from your door) and ocean. Lovely to have a porch to sit on to enjoy a beverage, food or relax. The property was very well kept outside. Loved the view of the ocean from the condo and the opportunity to enjoy the water. Lots of toys (kayaked, paddle boards and more) supplied at this property. Already looking at dates when we can come back to this condo!

Amazing Property
We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this property and it was absolutely amazing. The location for us was perfect as we enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment. Waking up to the amazing view with coffee on the lanai was the best way to start each day. The unit is very spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We always felt safe and everyone we met and spoke to around the complex were always so friendly. Prior to our arrival Kadi provided us with so much helpful information and the communication with her was always top-notch! We rented a car for the 2-weeks and we enjoyed exploring the Island/beaches and then returning to our quiet oasis. We don’t often return to the same place twice, but this place has captured our hearts and we look forward to our stay next year. Thank you Kadi for providing a wonderful experience for us.

Best location we have ever stayed.
This was our first time to Grand Cayman, but it won’t be our last. This condo was perfect! It is better than advertised. The location could not be any better if you are looking for a quiet resort with every amenity imaginable included. You literally walk out the back door and step into sand with the option of taking 10 steps to the pool or 50 more steps to the beach. Condo was very nice and came with things we don’t usually see in condos. 2 SUPs, 2 kayaks, fishing poles, tackle, bikes, etc. Lots of towels and everything needed for cooking. The beach in front of condos is one of the best on the entire island, and starfish point is a short walk away. You can snorkel right in front of the condo if you want, and there is a dock for chartered boats to pick you up and take you to stingray city. I wouldn’t change a thing, and we will definitely be back to stay in the same place.

My husband and I and three grown children stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Wonderful place to stay. Roomy, clean, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom all very clean. They have all the water toys you could want (do not have to rent anything) unless you want motor activities and you can get that right next door at the marina. Plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. We used the grill several times and it was nice having that. Also a restaurant next door good food but drinks are a little high priced. But it’s vacation!! Everything looked as it does in the listing. Showers have great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. Couch pulls out to a bed but the mattress probably needs replacing. It was ok for us as only one person slept in it. The owner was great communicating with me. Overall when we go back we will stay here. Thank you Kadi for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Everything you need!
Five of our family (all adults) stayed here for a week and we had absolutely everything we needed! The condo felt like home and we could kayak, paddleboard, bike, sit by the pool, enjoy the beach, etc. We cannot recommend this property highly enough for a relaxing and/or active vacation!

Great place, great stay
This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we really like it. The Kaibo and Rum Point restaurants were open this time, so there’s more options for eating out if that’s what you’d like to do. We prefer to grill and did a lot of our meals on the grill. Our expectation is to stay here when we return to Grand Cayman.

The condo was exactly as described. Very well appointed for all of your activities. It was nice to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and a soft cooler bag for trips to 7 Mile. We could pack all of our food and drinks and lounge all day with no worries. Also, having the water filtration syatem was a plus as well as the coffee maker. Loved the interior, pool, and grounds. We like quiet, so the secluded location was a plus! It is an easy drive to the other side so don't let that stop you from booking!!

Amazing Time in Paradise
We had an amazing time as always!!! This was our 5th stay at Tortuga Kai, and we’re looking forward to returning in 2024. The home is well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are only a few steps from the patio door. There is so much to do nearby. The kayak and paddle boards are great for exploring Starfish Point, and some of the best snorkeling trips depart directly from the nearby Kaibo Dock.

A well stocked quiet place to stay
The property was quiet and relaxing. It is well stocked with anything you will. The owner was very quick to respond. Make sure you kayak to starfish point, all the starfish are between Kaibo and the point. There is a lot to see just snorkeling infront of the condo. Rum Point just down the road offers good snorkeling, good food, and a quiet relaxing beach. My kids are already wanting to come back.

Perfect Stay
We loved this property and the location of it in Grand Cayman! We did three excursions and they all left from the dock right on the beach—which made them stress free. My kids had fun swimming in the water right in front of the place and the pool. We loved all the amenities with the place. I would recommend kayaking to Starfish point—it took about 20 minutes and about 1/2 way to the point there are a ton of starfish! I think they are hiding from all the boats that go to Starfish point. My kids loved all the toys as well. It felt so nice and homey it made for a good stay. Two recommendations if you stay here: 1) get bug spray! Ton of bugs at night and stores are not close 2) I would have bought more groceries to use in the very nice and well equipped kitchen to have saved money, since you are not close to many options. We loved staying on this side of the island. Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was magical!
