Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! "Was not impressed with my stay. The fact that hotel guests have to pay $25 for parking and day guests don't have to pay at all is absurd and backwards. Also it is listed on hotels.com that there is an indoor pool but we were told there was no indoor pool. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The wave pool could have been cleaner. A lot of arcade games broken down. Loading the card with money would say that it didn't go through and yet I was still charged. Cashed in my tickets for a prize to find out that all I got was an empty box when I got home. Hotels.com says the breakfast buffet is between 14 and $22 but it's actually almost 30 and the food was cold. The room was very clean however. The water park closes early for 2 weeks in march so that was a bunmer. The restaurants and shops should stay open later and open earlier especially when there are many guests. This was my first time there and I don't know if I would return."
