"Of all the Harbourside apartments we have stayed in, this one was the best. It was fresh, clean, well maintained and matched the photos online. As it's on the edge of the building, and on the 7th floor, views were stunning from all rooms. You definitely can't beat the location. "The parking arrangements need clarification to avoid the embarrassment of parking in a regular resident's spot. It is not very well lit at night and the long and narrow driveway with cars on either side makes it difficult to do a three point turn or reverse safely. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be more powerful to prevent a quick build up of steam and damp which drips off the walls of the apartment. Im told this could be a common issue in the neighbourhood."

"The property was not clean. The carpet and the rugs were stained. Not vacuumed properly either Crumbs of bread or toast on the couch. Had to vacuum them off when l arrived. Tiles in kitchen not clean. Windows on sliding doors dirty. Looking through the glass doors with a haze. Cistern on the toilet cracked in 3 places. Used Toothpaste all screwed up in the bathroom cupboard. Also used shampoo and conditioner in the same cupboard. Someone had left it behind. Shelves in the bedroom dirty. Marks on...

"Enjoyed being on the quiet side of the harbour, ferry stop on the doorstep so could head over to the city at our leisure then retreat when we had enough of the hustle & bustle. The apartment was as expected from the details in the listing. A tiny oversight with a cleaning matter, but wouldn't deter me from staying here again."
