“This property was just cleaned when we arrived, however there were roaches. After it had just been cleaned. I tried to contact the property owner/manager. Someone spoke to me the first time, but that was it. They never responded back, after numerous attempts. They even contacted VRBO and told them they had left me a response on Crash pads. When the representative reached out to me, I told her that I could not find the message from the property owner. She could not either. There was no response……

“The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. There was no way to know what you were……

“Firstly, Host is terrible about communicating, we received check-in information 30 minutes after it was supposed to be given which was not even provided until the time you are allowed into the house making traveling there to arrive at check in very difficult. The property was not remotely as advertised, leading me to believe this is an intentional scam. Secondly, We did not even get to stay in this house because when we arrived the air conditioning was not functioning (it was 97° inside the……

“I had a wonderful stay until I was berated for accidentally locking the 2nd bedroom. The first night I went around and checked the house to make sure there was nothing I needed to note. After I checked out I made sure everything was clean”
