“My boyfriend and I came to Orlando for a weekend for a concert at the Kia Center. The place was just perfect for a weekend trip, best part was we walked to the concert venue and back so we didn’t have to deal with traffic. The place was cozy and quiet with super easy parking and everything. My only thing is the lock on the door was hard to operate (user error) but once I figured out how to work it all was well! Host is very friendly and helpful. I’ll happily stay here again the next time we go……

"The only positives of this hotel are its convenient location and low price — unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
