"The hotel is very big and has everything you need to have a great vacation. Location is very convenient, close to the parks and shops. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, our room which felt more like an apartment was clean and well equipped. The pools were clean and the water warm, my family and I had a great time."

"Toilet bowl was so low and cramped that you could barely sit down and take care of business. Only 1 sink in bathroom and the stopper was broke."
