"We have stayed at Deluxe Disney resorts so we weren’t sure if this hotel would compare but I have to say, it completely exceeded our expectations. The pools were amazing, the multiple restaurants were all great, the pool service was phenomenal. Also transportation to the parks is easy - Disney bus takes you to Springs or any of the parks, the boat beings you directly to Epcot. You are on the Disney Boardwalk path which is extra fun and allows for extra accommodations to enjoy such as their nightly shows outside or restaurants, etc. if you plan to enjoy Disney primarily, this is a phenomenal location. Universal is a bit far, however the ride share companies are quickly available. Overall, amazing location, amenities, service and food - we will be staying here again, for sure! "

"My overall experience was great. Great customer service. The only thing I would like to make is suggestion for the all you can eat buffet,either have more choices and the food needs to be hot or reduce the price. The amount I paid for a child and myself. I could of walk across the parking Lot to Perkins and got more food with better pricing. "

"This is the best resort to spend time with the family and kids , especially kids. I went with my sister and our kids and they have so much fun , no stress , the place super clean they can run , scream , play video games, the second floor have another game room , it was an amazing stay and the best get away ever. And the best part we didn’t have to go away to have spend money , we had everything there. "
