The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. "The blankets were stained and the couches called “beds” were super hard and not comfortable and one of them was only about 4 feet long. Fortunately they did have an air mattress in the closet that we used. The location was pretty sketchy too with a super small parking area that was hard to get into with a large vehicle."
